1. Thomas Anthony Autocare is a fully self-sufficient mobile service to your home and/or work. We require a safe environment to work on YOUR vehicle(s) and will not tolerate any form of verbal and/or physical abuse.

2. Thomas Anthony Autocare WILL NOT commence work on any vehicle(s) either on a main road, parked in a heavy traffic area or in a pay and display car park. Vehicle(s) owner MUST have permission from a manager/landowner for any work being carried out at an office or factory carpark.

3. Services are available from apartment blocks provided no permit is required.​

4. Please remove any belongings from vehicle(s) such as bags, clothing, shoes, electronics or tools prior to booking commencing.

5. Due to the presence of chemicals & the use of high-pressure water, please keep children and pets secured, and away from work area.

6. The vehicle(s) MUST be easily accessible on all sides, able to open doors/boot fully to gain access and be on flat ground.

7. For services such as wheel deep cleaning, Thomas Anthony Autocare will require the vehicle(s) locking wheelnut key(s).

8. Thomas Anthony Autocare works within a 25 mile radius of MK45 1PR covering Herts, Beds, Bucks & Northants. For bookings outside this radius an EXTRA 45P per mile will be added to the final amount payable on the day. (Dependant on package booked)

10. Final payment is REQUIRED ON THE DAY once work has been completed via cash or card payment (Receipt will be emailed to address on booking form)

11.  Thomas Anthony Autocare will carry out full vehicle(s) inspection prior to work commencing & photograph any existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, rips, etc) Photos will be kept alongside customer booking & consent form for insurance purposes and kept in line with current GDPR guidelines.

12. Thomas Anthony Autocare reserves the right to CANCEL ANY BOOKING on short notice due to excessive traffic, unfavourable weather conditions, acts of God, and/or accident/injury. (All efforts will be made to re-arranged your booking within 14 days of original booking)

13. Thomas Anthony Autocare reserves the right to charge additional costs if vehicle(s) interior/exterior condition is not correctly stated upon booking. Thomas Anthony Autocare will spend up to one (1) additional hour, billed at the regular hourly cost (£25) for any additional time spent on any quoted service(s), including but not limited to, excessive pet hair removal, organic substances removal, off-road contamination, etc. Confirmation of this will be agreed before commencing any work.

14. Please contact us prior to booking if you have any queries about the above, we will always endeavour to provide a fair estimate but unforeseeable changes may have to be made at time of booking if required.​

15. By signing the declaration, you give Thomas Anthony Autocare consent to post before/after pictures & videos of your vehicle on their social media(s) this includes; Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and google, as well as for promotional purposes on their website unless stated otherwise. (All efforts will be made to hide personal/vehicle identity & location)​

eGift card Term's & conditions

1. These gift card terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards purchased online through the Thomas Anthony Autocare website.

2. Thomas Anthony Autocare reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. Thomas Anthony Autocare gift cards remain the property of Thomas Anthony Autocare who maintains the right to cancel the card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).

3. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.

4. Your Thomas Antohny Autocare gift card is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of activation (The date of dispatch of your order) following which they expire automatically. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

5. Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of a service or optional extras.

6. You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift card following delivery. In cases where your gift card is lost or stolen, Thomas Anthony Autocare is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Thomas Anthony Autocare cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a gift card as a result of theft or fraud.

7. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation
